Boo'd Up: Kanye & Amber Rose

Although Kanye said he was going to take some time off after his fiasco at last week's VMAs, he and Amber Rose were spotted out in Hollywood last night.

Still the hottest topic of conversation, Kanye was referred to quite frequently during this past Sunday’s Emmy Awards.

Right off the bat host Neil Patrick Harris declared, “All right, it’s my job to keep things moving tonight. I’m here to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s hoping Kanye West likes ‘30 Rock.’” And many other celebrities spoke of “pulling a Kanye” if they didn’t win.

Kim of RHOA Faces Lawsuit For Hit Song

According to sources, Kim from the Housewives of ATL is facing a lawsuit for the song "Tardy for the Party," after she failed to pay producer Don Vito.

The song was pulled from iTunes on Monday afternoon and sources say her website was shutdown. Songwriter and co-star Khandi had turned the country song into a hip dance track, so those who were able to download the song before it was pulled were lucky.

In other Kim Zolciack news, it is being reported that Kim is without a manager/publicist, Jonathan Jaxson. Jaxson aired his grievance with Kim on the Atlanta radio station B98.5, claiming that Kim is "a habitual liar."

Plaxico Burress Begins Prison Sentence

Ex-NFL player and one time Super Bowl star Plaxico Burress was was sentenced to two years in prison for violating New York's crazy gun laws and was immediately taken into custody following his hearing.

Burress was joined by his wife and son Elijah, whom he carried, in court. He was granted permission to say his last goodbyes to his family before being taken into custody.

Plaxico will probably serve 20 months with credit for good behavior, followed by a two year probation.

Sister See, Sister Do...Kourtney Wants A Wedding Too

With sister Khloe announcing a wedding date planned for this Sunday, Kourtney Kardashian wants to have a wedding, too.

The E! reality star has reportedly been pushing babydaddy Scott Disick to propose and wed before their child comes in December.

One source says, “Kourtney not only wants a wedding, she’s demanding it. Scott is hemming and hawing, trying to buy himself more time. He’s suggesting they wait until after the baby arrives to discuss wedding plans, but Kourtney wants to lock Scott down. She’s informed him that she’d be happiest with a no-frills wedding over Thanksgiving, and that her mom and sisters would handle all the planning.” The insider adds that Kourtney really wants a solid family, saying that the brunette beauty is “insisting on a guarantee that she and Scott will bring this child into the world as a committed family unit.” (Source)

What is it with these Kardashian sisters? Do they not realize that marriage is sacred. Does anyone value the meaning of marriage. Kourtney, he is your on again, off again baby daddy. That's it...you guys were screwing around and now you are pregnant. Period!

Halle slammed the pregnant rumors on the Jay Leno show Thursday. She says the pregnancy rumors was making her think she had put on some weight.

"I was getting a complex! Because I was like, I've got to stop with the burgers or something!" says the actrees to Jay during the taping of the show.

RHOA Drama: Kim versus NeNe

There is never a dull moment among Bravo's Real Houswives of Atlanta. Kim Zolciak told MTV on Thursday night that Ne Ne claims she penned "Tardy for the Party."

Flabergasted, she explained that her younger daughter was the one to write that song with her music teacher. “I’m a little bit disturbed that Nene just claimed it was her song,” she said on the red carpet for VH1 Divas.

Of course Kim was in high spirits, because"Tardy for the Party" is ranked in the Top 10 Dance songs on iTunes.

But you know Ne Ne didn't let Kim's accusations slide. “I don’t know why there’s always, like, lies,” exclaimed Ne Ne. She said she never claimed credit for the lyrics, she did say she was the first one to figure out that the song was hot.

(Yawn) Kim should be happy that "Tardy for the Party" has jump started her music career...if she has one?!? Next!

Mothers-to-be Heidi Klum and Kourtney Kardashian didn't let their growing stomachs keep them from hitting up the red carpet at last night's Emmy Awards.

Both ladies glowed on the red carpet, Kardashian wearing a floor-length, black gown and Klum in a sequin, black Marchesa gown.

Klum told ET she has another month to go before she is scheduled to deliver her baby girl. She says of naming her new babe, "[Seal and I] do have a few names but we're going to wait until she pops out and then we're going to decide."

Kardashian is expecting her first child with on-and-off-again boyfriend Scott Disick.
