"You can see from me that nobody is too rich, too famous, too cool, too good-looking or too young to make a mistake and pay a price for it. Education is more important than any material thing you can have. The things you do not have in your life, the things you do not have in your possession, will be a reflection of the things you have not learned."
"Happy 21st birthday to Robyn Rihanna Fenty. Amidst all of the negativity about Ri Ri, God will continue to bless her. That's why you are so great Ri Ri." The message was signed by "Sharon, Shane, Kim, and Rashane" and concludes with "We love you." [via HipHop Crunch]

“I didn’t really mean anything. Even as a little child, I’ve always had that comedian kind of attitude. …That’s probably what went into it...I feeling left out of something that was basically mine, that I had done every time you look around,” she said. It's something that I really need to do and that I want to do. I had to sit back for awhile and had to get some things settled. I had been with a lot of people not doing what they said they were going to do. I didn't have time to sit back and cry. I didn't have time to go to a mental health counselor. I had to keep my s--t on straight—excuse my language!—and handle my business, because it's not just about me. It's about me and my whole family."
